Bu araştırma, sağlık hizmetlerinde görev alan personelin hizmet içi eğitim faaliyetlerinin sürecine ve bu süreçte kazanılan bilgi ve becerinin eyleme dönüşme etkinliğine ilişkin görüşlerini belirlemek, elde edilen bilgiler ışığında eğitim çalışanlarına yol gösterici öneriler geliştirmek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırma tarama modelindedir. Araştırmanın evrenini, bir ağız ve diş sağlığı merkezinde çalışan sağlık personeli ve hizmet alımı ile istihdam edilen temizlik, veri giriş, güvenlik hizmetleri gibi alanlarda çalışan toplam 97 kişi oluşturmuştur. Veriler, araştırmacı tarafından hazırlanan ölçek kullanılarak 06-17 Ocak 2014 tarihleri arasında toplanmıştır. Elde edilen bilgiler SPSS 16,0 paket programı ile istatistiksel olarak değerlendirilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda kurum çalışanlarının hizmet içi eğitim faaliyetlerine ilişkin görüşlerinin genel olarak olumlu olduğu görülmüştür. Katılımcıların hizmet içi eğitim faaliyetlerinin uygulama süreci ile ilgili görüşlerinde yaş, cinsiyet, medeni durum, meslek, hizmet yılı ve kurumdaki hizmet yılı değişkenleri açısından farklılık görülmezken, eğitim durumu değişkeni açısından ise lise mezunlarının hizmet içi eğitim sürecine yönelik görüşlerinin diğer okul mezunlarına göre daha olumlu bulunmuştur. Katılımcıların hizmet içi eğitimle kazanılan bilginin eyleme dönüşme etkinliğine ilişkin görüşlerinde yaş, cinsiyet, medeni durum ve kurumdaki hizmet yılı değişkenleri açısından farklılık görülmezken, eğitim durumu, meslek ve hizmet yılı değişkenleri açısından ilkokul mezunlarının, 1 yıldan az hizmet yılı grubunun, temizlik personeli grubunun görüşleri daha olumlu bulunmuştur. Araştırma sonucunda elde edilen bilgiler ışığında, yol gösterici, uygulanabilir öneriler geliştirilmiştir.

This research is made in order to develop the health care field staff in-service training activities of the knowledge and skills gained in this process and transform into action to determine their views on effectiveness as a result of information obtained through training employees and guiding suggestions. Research is in scan model. The universal set of the research is created by totally 97 people, working in an oral and dental care center as a medical staff and people working in areas such as cleaning, data entry security services who are employed as service purchase. The data was collected between 06th- 17th January,2014, using the scale that is prepared by the researcher. The obtained information was evaluated statistically with the program package SPSS 16.0. As a result of the research, the opinions of the employees of the institution was evaluated positive about the in service training activities. There is no difference in terms of variables in the opinions of the participants about the in-service training process regarding age, gender, marital status, profession, years of service and years of service on the premise, the opinions of high school graduates in-service training process has been more positive than other school graduates. While there is no difference in the opinions of the participants in terms of variables of age, sex, marital status and years of service about action of the event of in-service training information gained in the premises, on behalf the opinions of the group; education, occupation and years of service in terms of the variables of primary school graduates, less than 1 year of service group, the cleaning staff, were more positive. As a result of the information obtained from the research, guidance, implemented recommendations are developed.
