В обзоре обобщены современные данные о генах, ответственных за совместную предрасположенность к сахарному диабету 1 типа
и аутоиммунным заболеваниям щитовидной железы. На основании проведенного анализа дана оценка роли общих генетических маркеров
для двух или нескольких аутоиммунных заболеваний в понимании их вклада в развитие каждого аутоиммунного заболевания, входящего
в данную комбинацию.
