The aim of this work is to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of ICT in
mathematical education in universities and the application of the data envelopment analysis. The
subjects of this study were students of the 11th Faculty of Shahid Sadoughi Technological Institute
from Yazd, the Islamic Republic of Iran. GAMS software was used to carry out a comprehensive
data analysis and the computer software Excel was used to organise the data. The results, obtained
by this study, show that the use of ICT to teach mathematics in the three groups of students, who in
the first semester had a lowest level of productivity and efficiency in the subject, their grades were
lower than the grades, obtained in the second semester, which increased by 11.7%. Respondents of
the subsequent groups were tested by the traditional method of teaching mathematics, and thus,
the results show little variation in their academic success on the subject.

Повышение эффективности и производительности сервисных
организаций является особенностью современных обществ. Сегодня необходимо владет ь
высшим математическим образованием для оценки данной эффективности. Наука является
основой для развития высшего образования. Так что мы осмелимся предположить, что с
повышением уровня науки, уровень математического образования также будет
увеличиваться. Экономические и финансовые знания, знания в области техники,
компьютеров и программного обеспечения и т.д. имеют огромное значение в
математической науке. Повышение уровня образования зависит от использования этих
знаний. Во многих исследованиях специалистов говорится о том, что повысить уровень
производительности можно путем овладением математики. Технический прогресс
полностью зависит от уровня математических и многих др. наук. Если осуществлять
адеквтано эффективность обучения, то в таком порядке и образовательные учреждения
будут оптимизироваться.
