Bu çalışmada, 7. Sınıf düzeyinde Türkçe ve Beden Eğitimi öğretim programları ile bütünleştirilerek hazırlanan değerler eğitimi programının; öğrencilerin değerlerle ilgili bilişsel davranışları, duyuşsal özellikleri ve değer gösterme düzeyleri üzerindeki etkililiğini belirlemek amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmada karma yöntem kullanılmıştır. Çalışma, 2013–2014 öğretim yılı birinci döneminde İzmir ili Konak ilçesinde yer alan bir devlet okulunda 13 haftalık süre içerisinde sürdürülmüştür. Deney grubuna Türkçe ve Beden Eğitimi dersleri ile bütünleştirilmiş değerler eğitimi programı uygulanırken, kontrol grubu normal öğretim programlarını takip etmiştir. Sürecin başlangıcında ve sonunda araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen ölçme araçları (Değerlere İlişkin Açık Uçlu Sorular Formu ve Temel Demokratik Değerler Ölçeği) uygulanmıştır. 13 hafta süresince ki haftada bir olacak şekilde 3 gözlemci tarafından gözlem formları doldurulmuştur. Uygulama sonrasında sürece ilişkin 10 öğrenci ve her iki grupta da derse giren 4 öğretmenle görüşmeler.gerçekleştirilmiştir. Yapılan analizler sonucunda; değerlere ilişkin bilişsel davranışlar ve değer gösterme düzeyleri açısından deney grubunda kontrol grubuna göre ön test-son test farklılaşmasının pozitif yönde anlamlı derecede olduğu görülmüştür. Ancak değerlere ilişkin duyuşsal özellikler açısından deney ve kontrol grubu arasında anlamlı bir farklılaşma tespit edilememiştir. Araştırma sonuçları göz önünde bulundurulduğunda hazırlanan programın öğrencilere değer kazandırılmasında etkili olduğu söylenebilir.

The aim of this study is to identify the effectiveness of an integrated program of teaching values in 7th class
Language Arts and Physical Education program related to the values about cognitive behaviors, affective
characteristics and value display levels. In this study, in order to achieve the purpose, mixed design was
applied. Research was implemented in a state school in Konak-İzmir, during the first period of the academic
year 2013-2014 for the 13- weeks period. The experimental group received integrated values education
program, the control group did not receive any special treatment. In both groups, as data collection tools;
open ended question forms and basic democratic values scale, were used at the beginning and end of the
program. Both groups were observed during the implementation. Three observers made the observations
every two weeks. At the end the implementation periods, the interviews were held with 10 students and 4
teachers who lecture these two classes. Following results are found due to the analysis of the study;
Experimental group pretest and posttest differentiation of value- related cognitive behavior acquisition levels
and value display levels were found to be significantly higher than control group. No significant difference
was found between the scores related the affective characteristics of the two groups. According to the results
of this study, it can be said that the integrated program which was implemented during the teaching process
has an effectivity of gaining values.
