Bu araştırmanın amacı Türkiye’deki Sosyal Bilimler ve Eğitim Bilimleri Enstitülerinde örgütsel davranış
alanında yapılmış olan ve Yüksek Öğretim Kurumu (YÖK) Elektronik Tez Arşivinde (tez2.yok.gov.tr) yer
alan lisansüstü tezleri belirlenmiş kriterler çerçevesinde analiz etmektir. Bu analiz kriterleri, tezleri,
konusuna, türüne, yılına, özgün diline, yapıldığı üniversitenin ve enstitünün adına, anabilim dalına, izin
durumuna, yöntemine, örneklemine, istatistiki yöntemine, uygulama alanlarına göre kategorize etmeye
olanak sağlamıştır. Yapılan analizler sonucunda, örgütsel davranış üzerine yazılan tezlerin büyük
çoğunluğunun sosyal bilimler enstitülerinde olduğu; en çok üzerinde çalışma yapılan konunun liderlik
olduğu, lisansüstü tezlerin en çok Marmara Üniversitesi’nde çalışıldığı; büyük çoğunluğunun Türkçe olarak
yazıldığı; yaygın olarak tezlerde anket metodu seçildiği ve bunların daha önceden başka araştırmacılar
tarafından geliştirildiği; istatistiksel metot olarak tanımlayıcı ve yordayıcı yöntemlerden faydalanıldığı ve
tezlerin uygulama alanlarının genellikle eğitim kurumları olduğu ortaya çıkmaktadır.

This study aims to analyze the graduate theses on organizational behavior studied in Turkish Social Sciences Institutes and Educational Sciences Institutes in frame of determined criteria list and reveal the existing condition of thesis on organizational behavior using Electronic Archive of Turkish Council of Higher Education (tez2.yok.gov.tr). This criteria list includes the data for the graduate theses in terms of the number of the theses, types of the theses, the universities they are studied, the programs they are studied, the language they are written in, the methods used, their topics, the sampling, the scales used, the statistical analyses types and the field of application. After the analysis, the results reached are; most of the theses are master theses and studied in Social Sciences Institutes; the most studied topic on organizational behavior theses is leadership; most of the studies on organizational behavior have been studied in Marmara University; plenty of these theses have been written in Turkish; survey method is generally accepted for the organizational behavior theses and researchers have chosen pre-developed scales in their studies; the statistical methods for these theses circle around descriptive and procedural techniques; and most of the theses on organizational behavior have been applied in educational institutions.
