Makale Özeti: Crisis is kind of tension that jeopardizes the goals and targets of organizations by making mechanisms of the institutions complicated and not easy to communicate. Ambiguity in business brings risks and risks cause crisis. Crisis in tourism threatens the country as whole or some institutions and originates from natural disasters, socio-economic changes, terrorist acts, wrong political decisions or managerial mistakes. During the time of crisis, institutions search for new organization plans and "crisis management" corresponds to finding the best solution to reduce the disadvantages caused by ht e crisis. Managers are faced with making decisions so fast during crisis and the thing that makes it a tough job is not having enough information, in other words, ambiguous situations.
