Sosyal problemler, sadece, siyasetin doğasıyla alakalı değildir. Bu problemlerin, o siyasi çevrede cari olan insani ve sosyal sebeplerden kaynaklandığı da bilinmelidir. BaĢka bir ifadeyle bu durum bize bu sorunları sadece siyaset bağlamında inceleyemeyeceğimizi kesin bir biçimde göstermektedir. Bu manada, bizim siyasi süreci algılayıĢımız doğrudan insanlardan oluĢan toplumun doğasını algılamaya dayanmaktadır. Bu makale aynı zamanda büyük sosyal felaketler sonrası Orta Doğu’da ortaya çıkan politik süreç hakkında bir zihin değiĢimine iĢaret etmektedir. Bu coğrafyadaki politik olayların arkasında, çok ciddi sosyal ve tabi ki insani problemlerin olduğu anlaĢılmalıdır. Aynı zamanda sosyal, sivil ve politik geliĢmenin ta ki bu problemler çözülünce ancak gerçekleĢtirilebileceği de vurgulanmalıdır. GeliĢen ve ilerleyen dünyanın politik süreçlerine bakıldığı zaman, kolaylıkla, demokrasinin, insan hakları bağlamında ilerlemeyi isteyen sosyal gruplar için çok önemli bir talep olduğu bu süreçlerle yüz yüze gelen her hangi bir kimse tarafından bile anlaĢılmaktadır. Bu politik ve sosyal isteklerden sonra, dünyada yönetimde bulunan bütün sistemler, insan hakları ve demokratik taleplerin gerektirdiği yapıcı unsurları benimsemek zorunda kalmıĢlardır.

The social problems do not concern with the nature of the politics, only. It should be known also that these problems result from human and social reasons prevailing in that political surroundings. With another expression, this condition shows us definitely that we can not examine these questions in the context of the politics, only. In this meaning, our perceiving the political process depends directly on the perceiving nature of society consisting of the human beings. This article also indicates a change of mind about the political process occurring in the the Middle East after the big social disasters. Behind the political events in this geography, it must be understood that there are very crucial social and of course human problems. It must be emphasized also that the social, civil and politic development will be able to be realized until these problems are solved. While it is looked at the political processes of the developing and improving world, ıt is easly understood even by anyone coming face to face with these processes that the democracy is crucial demand for the social groups who want the improvement in the context of the human rights. After these political and social demands, all governing systems in the world have to adopt the constructive elements that the human rights and the democratic requisitions necessitate.
