Aruz ve hece vezninin kullanılmaya devam ettiği çağdaş Uygur şiirinde 1980’li yıllarda Guñga Şiir hareketi başlamıştır. Guñga şiir serbest tarzda yazılan, anlamı doğrudan belli olmayan şiir türüdür, onun oluşması ve meydana gelmesi Uygur edebiyatında özel bir olgu gibi tespit ediliyor. Ahmetcan Osman bu hareketin yaratıcısıdır, dolaysıyla Uygur edebiyatında Ahmetcan Osmanın ismi Guñga Şiir yerinde geçer. Maalesef Guñga şiirler her ne kadar şaşırtıcı bir şekilde ortaya çıkmasına rağmen çok kısa bir süre sonra sona ermiştir. Dolaysıyla Ahmetcan Osmanın yurt dışına gitmek zorunda kalması nedeniyle Uygur edebiyatı sahnesi den çekinmesinden hemen sonra söz konusu hareket sona ermiştir. Bu makale de Guñga şiirin meydana gelmesi, Ahmetcan Osmanın hayatı ve şiirleri hakkında bilge verilmiş daha sonrada onun şiirlerin özelliği incelenmiştir.

In1980s, a new poetry movement Gunga (Hazy), had emerged into Uyghur literary circle, which had been carried on in two kinds of meter patterns called Aruz meter and syllabic meter. The Gunga means vague, uncertain in Uyghur language and the Gunga poetry also called New poetry as well in Modern Uyghur literature.
New poetry of Gunga, refers to interpret or explain the meaning or the theme in free verse. The birth and formation of the Gunga poetry recognized as a special phenomenon in Uyghur literature field. Ahmetjan Osman was recognized as one of the founders and a leading light of the Gunga Poetry movement. Unfortunately, the appearance of the Gunga poems although very amazing, it soon came to an end after a very short period of time due to the fact that he had to go abroad and left the field of Uyghur literature. In this article, information about the life and works of Ahmetjan Osman was presented and the outstanding features in his poetry was examined.
