В работе представлены результаты теоретического и эмпирического исследования процесса развития профессионального сознания на примере будущих психологов. Сущность профессионального самосознания заключается в осознании себя в системе собственной личности, профессиональной деятельности и общения. Выделены модель развития профессионального сознания психологов, которая состоит из когнитивного, коммуникативного, операционного, мотивационно-целевого компонентов. Проведенное исследование позволило выделить по каждому из исследуемых компонентов модели позитивную и негативную тенденцию в развитии. Корреляционный анализ выявил связи как между показателями в середине одного компонента модели развития профессионального сознания будущих психологов, так и между компонентами модели в целом. Доказано, что формирование профессионального самосознания требует сенситивных условий развития качеств всех компонентов модели.

The article is devoted to the results of theoretical and empirical research of the process of professional consciousness development on the example of future psychologists. The essence of professional self-awareness is to realize yourself in the system of your own personality, professional activity and communication. The model of psychologists’ professional consciousness development, including cognitive, communicative, operational, motivational and target components, has been singled out. The conducted research made it possible to distinguish between positive and negative tendencies in development of each of the studied components of the model. Correlative analysis revealed connections between both the indicators inside the component of the model of future psychologists’ professional consciousness development, and the components of the model as a whole. It has been proved that the formation of professional consciousness requires sensitive conditions for the qualities development of all components of the model.
