В данной работе рассмотрены проблемы глобализации и ее влияние на сферу прав человека. Было выделено и раскрыто 3 аспекта глобализации прав человека: установление, защита и универсальный статус. В статье также подробно рассматривается вопрос универсализации прав человека, исследованы научные подходы к этому понятию и предложены пути решения проблем в данной сфере.

In this paper, the problems of globalization and its impact on the sphere of human rights were considered. Three aspects of human rights globalization were highlighted and disclosed: consolidation, protection and universal status. The article also examines in detail the issue of universalization of human rights, investigates the scientific approaches to this concept and proposes ways of solving problems in this field.
