The automotive sector, seen as the driving force of the economy in industrialized countries, constitutes an important position because of the interaction with other sectors. This situation raises forefront of the efficiency and productivity of automotive companies. In this study, activities in the automotive sector in the world, and in 2014 according to the report published by Brand Finance, 17 firms’ efficiencies with the highest brand value using a non-parametric mathematical programming model named Data Envelopment Analysis is evaluated. One of the most important characteristic features of DEA method is that it evaluates efficiency level of the efficient firms as 1. The other important feature is that it takes fully effective firms as a reference to ineffective firms (the ones that have an efficiency level lower than 1) and gives amendatory advices to help them become effective. Making use of the financial report in the analysis period between 2011-2013, as input variables total assets, total equity and the numbers of employees were used; as output variables, gross profit and net income were used. According to the result of the study, while the average technical efficiencies of the firms which are the subjects of the analysis in the researched terms show a positive acceleration later on the decrease and it is determined that the efficiencies of the industry do not have stability.
