İfade, kişinin kendisini karşısındakine anlatmasıdır. İnsan; duygu, düşünce istek ve hayallerini farklı şekillerde anlatabilir. Yazı
ve söz, insanın kullandığı iletişim araçlarındandır. Yazılı iletişim ise iki şekilde gerçekleştirilebilir: Şiir ve nesir.
İnsanoğlu duygularını, daha çok şiirle ifade ederken düşüncelerini ise nesir (düzyazı ) ile anlatmaktadır. Şiir; ifadeyi daha
etkili ve estetik bir şekilde aktarabilmek için kafiye, redif gibi ahenk unsurlarından faydalanmaktadır. Nesir (düzyazı ) ise
ifadenin etkisini arttırmak ve ifadeye güzellik katmak için, bir nevi nesirdeki kafiye diyebileceğimiz, seci gibi ahenk unsurlarını
kullanmaktadır. Bu çalışmamızda; düzyazının kafiyesinin (seci ) ; Türk edebiyatındaki gelişimini, Türk edebiyatının farklı
dönemlerine ait metinler üzerinden örneklendirmeler yaparak açıklamayı hedefledik. Bu maksatla; Orhun Abideleri, Divanu
Lügati’t- Türk, Dede Korkut Kitabı ve Gülşen-i Şu’arâ’yı inceledik.
Makalemizde; Türk edebiyatında nesrin en önemli ahenk unsurlarından olan secinin tanımı, seci üzerine yapılan belli başlı
tasnifler ve seci türleri, secinin kaynağı, secinin nesre kattığı estetik hususiyetler, Ahdî’nin Gülşen-i Şu’arâ adlı tezkiresinin
giriş kısmındaki seci kullanımı ile ilgili örnekler ele alınacaktır.

The expression is that a person tells about himself/herself to another person. The person can tell his/her feeling, idea, desire
and dreams in the different ways. The writing and spoken words are one of the communication tools that the people use
them. The written communication can be made in two ways; Poetry and prose.
While the people express their feeling mostly with the poetry, they tell their ideas in the prose. The poetry use the harmony
facfors such as the rhyme and the repeated voice in order to give the expression in more effective and esthetic way. On the
other hand, the prose uses the harmony factors such as the internal rhyme that we can say it as a rhyme in the prose in
order to increase the impact of expression and to add beauty to the expression. In our study; we aimed to explain the
development of prose’s rhyme (internal rhyme ) in Turkish Literature with the samplings through the texts belonging to the
different periods Turkish literature. In this purpose, we reviewed the works in the name of Orhun Abideleri, Divanu Lügati’t
Türk, Dede Korkut and Ahdi’nin Gülşen-i Şu’ara.
In our article, the description of internal rhyme which is one of the most important harmony factors in a prose in Turkish
literature, the major dissections which are made on the internal rhyme and the internal rhyme types, the source of internal
rhyme, the esthetical specialities that the internal rhyme adds to the prose, the samples related to the use of internal rhyme
in the introduction of Ahdi’s collection of biographies in the name of Gülşen-i Şu’ara.
