In recent years, the frequent usage of insecticides in struggle aganist insects, has caused development of
resistance to those chemicals in insects. The increase in dosage of insecticide used due to development of resistance
in insects, causes important problems in terms of environment and human health. This study includes topics such as
insecticides which are used frequently in insect struggle, insecticide resistant types, genetic changes posing
resistance, enzymes of resistance and resistance, and mechanisms.

Son yıllarda böceklerle mücadelede insektisidlerin yaygın kullanımı zararlıların bu kimyasallara direnç
kazanmalarına sebep olmuştur. Böceklerde direnç gelişimi nedeniyle kullanılan insektisid dozundaki artış çevre ve
insan sağlığı yönünden önemli problemlere neden olmuştur.Bu çalışma, böceklerle mücadelede yaygın olarak
kullanılan insektisidler, böceklerde insektisidlere karşı oluşan direnç tipleri, dirence neden olan genetik değişiklikler,
böceklerde direnç ile ilgili enzimler ve direnç mekanizmaları konularını içermektedir
