Öğrenme, kişilerin doğumundan ölümüne kadar, yaşamlarının bütün dönemlerini kapsayan bir süreçtir. Bu nedenle insanlar sürekli öğrenmeye açık olmalı, öğrenmeye karşı olumlu tutumlar geliştirmeye çalışmalı ve böylece yaşamı boyunca karşılaştıkları sorunları çözebilmek için öğrenmeye karşı bir kaygı durumu yaşamaktan da uzak olmalıdır. Bu çalışmanın amacı, eğitim fakültesi Bilgisayar ve Öğretim Teknolojileri Öğretmenliği, İlköğretim Matematik Öğretmenliği ve Türkçe Öğretmenliği bölümlerinde öğrenim gören öğretmen adaylarının öğrenmeye ilişkin tutumlarını öğretmenlik mesleğini tercih etme nedeni ve akademik başarı değişkenlerine göre incelemektir. Çalışmanın araştırma grubunu eğitim fakültesinde öğrenim gören 200 öğretmen adayı oluşturmuştur. Mevcut durumun betimlenmesine yönelik olarak gerçekleştirilen araştırmada tarama modeli kullanılmış olup öğretmen adaylarının öğrenmeye ilişkin tutumlarını belirlemek için “Öğrenmeye İlişkin Tutum Ölçeği” kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen bulgular, öğretmenlik mesleğini içsel nedenlerin etkisi ile tercih eden öğretmen adaylarının öğrenmeye daha açık, öğrenmeye ilişkin beklentilerinin daha yüksek düzeyde ve öğrenmeye ilişkin kaygılarının ise daha düşük düzeyde olduğunu göstermektedir.

Learning is a process that covers all periods of individuals’ lives. Therefore, people should always be receptive to learning, try to develop positive attitudes towards learning and thus be without concerns about learning when they want to solve problems that they encounter during their lives. The purpose of this study is to investigate the attitudes of student teachers receiving education at Education Faculty, in the departments of Computer and Teaching Technologies Teaching, Primary Education Mathematics Teaching and Turkish Teaching about learning according to the variables of the reason for preferring the teaching profession and academic achievement. The research group of the study consists of 200 student teachers receiving education at the education faculty. The survey model was used in the present study, which was intended to describe the current situation, and in order to determine student teachers’ attitudes about learning, “Attitude Scale for Learning” was used. The findings of this study indicate that student teacherswho preferred the teaching profession under the influence of internal reasons are more open to learning, have higher levels of expectations from learning and have lower anxiety concerning learning.
