The paper carried out research into the most sought after in the energy industry jobs and professions requiring skills in demand in the labor market. The analysis was performed for the levels of education: primary , secondary and higher vocational education. A comparative analysis between demand professions employers, employment data centers North Caucasus Federal District and the availability of data for training educational organizations in North Caucasus Federal District .
The recommendations on the implementation of programs of different levels corresponding to the requirements of the employers' organizations of Energy North Caucasus Federal District .

В статье проводиться исследование наиболее востребованных в отрасли энергетика профессий и специальностей требующих компетенций востребованных на рынке труда. Анализ проведен для уровней образования: начальное, среднее и высшее профессиональное образование. Проведен сравнительный анализ между востребованными специальностями работодателями, данными центров занятости СКФО и наличием данных по профессиональной подготовке образовательными организациями в СКФО.
Разработаны рекомендации по реализации программ разных уровней, соответствующих требованиям работодателей организаций энергетики СКФО.
