We are happy to inform you that the first issue of TOJNED has been published. "The Online Journal of New Horizons in Education (TOJNED)" is an online journal for scientists, academics, teachers and educators. TOJNED promotes the development and dissemination of theoretical knowledge conceptual research and professional knowledge.
Numerous short-lived "innovations" have passed through the classroom, minds, budgets, and in-service programs of the educational establishment. While educators may have adopted new programs, they have seldom institutionalized that change by aligning the curriculum, instruction, school organization, and assessment to match the goals. As a result, the purposes of programs such as "modern math," "individualized instruction," or "process approaches" seldom were realized. Tests which measured low level thinking signaled low level teaching strategies which, in turn, proclaimed achievement of low level goals.
If these educational purposes are to be realized; if we wish to overcome the "this-too-shallpass" syndrome, then educators must develop new capacities for empowering school staffs, community groups, administrators, legislators, board members and corporate leaders to work together. They must collaborate in the future as a basis for deriving educational goals, for continually clarifying those goals, and for operationalizing them into appropriate curriculum, instructional,and organizational practices.
The Online Journal of New Horizons in Education (TOJNED) diffuse the scientific knowledge and researches among academicians and lead to development in academia.

Dergi Hakkında : INTERNATIONAL JOURNAL OF EDUCATIONAL RESEARCHERS (IJERs) is a fully refereed electronic journal published by Educational Research Association, Turkey. IJERs has been launched as an online journal rather than a paper-based journal in order to reach as many readers as possible in the most convenient manner. The journal is published three times a year.
IJERs is interested in research into all aspects of education. The aim of the journal is to assist in the improvement of teaching-learning in fields related to the process of teaching-learning, and to make a contribution to knowledge in this field by serving as an outlet for the results of theoretical and practical research by specialists and instructors to be disseminated to interested audience.
Papers to be considered for publication in IJERs must not have been previously published elsewhere or under review by another journal. However, papers presented at a conference and not published in their entirety in the conference proceedings may be considered for publication. A statement by the author is requested to this effect.
All papers submitted are first reviewed by the Editorial Board to check whether they are appropriate for the journal’s readership and in keeping with the editorial policy and aims of the journal. Following this first review, the paper is sent to expert referees for blind review. All papers submitted to the journal must therefore conform to the requirements of the style guidelines for an appropriate blind review.
INTERNATIONAL JOURNAL OF EDUCATIONAL RESEARCHERS also aims to include book reviews, announcements, and scholarly debate on various topics of current scholarly interest.

Section Policies
EJESS supports open access policy, so that every article published online can be accessed without any restriction or subscription. Open access is based on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge and scientific contribution.
EJESS accepts manuscripts, book reviews or translation texts for publication. As soon as the editorial team receives the submissions, two reviewers are assigned. Our journal uses double-blind review process, which means that both the reviewer and author identities are concealed from the reviewers. All reviewers evaluate the manuscript in terms of originality, methodology and its contributions to the field.
Publication Frequency: EJESS intends to publish two issues a year, in October and May.
Archiving: This journal intends to use the LOCKSS system to create a file system distributed among the participant libraries and it allows them to create permanent archives of the journal for preservation and restoration, through OJS, soon.

This aims to conceal both Author and Reviewer's identity throughout the review process. The journal strictly emphasizes credible and accountable research results. The research areas must, of course, indicate a credible result as it is ethically conducted in a scientific procedure. All research design is acceptable except a Pre-experimental Design due to the lack of quantitative analysis.

Dergi Hakkında : Language Teaching and Educational Research (LATER) (ISSN: 2636-8102) is an international biannual(june-december) peer-reviewed academic journal that aims to promote the practical, theoretical and methodological understanding of learning, teaching and educational research. LATER encourages submission from all fields of education, and in particular, from second/foreign language pedagogy. LATER considers original research articles, instructional papers, literature reviews, research reports, meta-studies as well as book reviews for publication. LATER publishes articles in the English and Turkish languages.
Articles to be considered for publication must be original, unpublished, and not in consideration for publication elsewhere. The LATER Journal has a double-blind peer review system. Any manuscript submitted for consideration is reviewed by at least two reviewers with expertise in the related subject area.
The LATER Journal is an open access journal, and does NOT require any fee from the authors for article processing, review and publication processes. Submissions must be made through the online submission system, from the "Submit a manuscript" tab.

The journal is pursues the academic exploration on Islamic education discourses in Southeast Asian schools, colleges, universities, and other Islamic educational institutions such as pesantrens (Islamic boarding schools). The journal promotes empirical research and theory relevant to Islamic affiliated educational institutions. The topics of the journal cover the micro, meso, and macro levels of Islamic education such as the philosophy of Islamic education, Islamic school leadership, and the politics of Islamic education.
The journal is published twice a year in June and December. It was firstly published in 2014 (printed edition). Since Vol. 3, Issue 2 (December 2015), it has migrated gradually to an electronic journal system (Open Access). It is now a fully online journal, and since Vol. 8, No. 2 (December 2019) it only accepts manuscript submissions written in English or Arabic.

Dergi Hakkında : Eğitim faaliyetleri her alanda gelişimi tetikleyen ve kaliteyi artıran en önemli unsurlardan biridir. Bu nedenle her alanda bilimsel olarak yürütülen eğitim-öğretim faaliyetlerinin teorik ve uygulamalı olarak incelenmesi ve araştırma raporlarının paylaşılması son derece önemlidir. Dijitalleşen dünyada eğitim öğretim faaliyetlerinde farklı teknolojilerin kullanımı yaygınlaşmıştır. Bu bağlamda derginin amacı, tüm disiplinlerden özgün ulusal ve uluslararası bilimsel eğitim çalışmalarını bir araya getirmektir. Dergi, farklı disiplinlerden ve eğitimin her kademesinden kapsayıcı teorik ve uygulamalı özgün eğitim araştırmaları makalelerini kabul etmektedir.

The scope of the African Educational Research Journal is deliberately broad, both in topics covered and disciplinary perspective. The journal welcomes papers from a wide range of disciplines that provide relevant research for current issues in education, including educational science, psychology, sociology, physical education, economics of education, philosophy, guidance and counselling, educational planning and administration, and more. The decisive criterion for accepting a manuscript for publication is scientific quality. All research articles published in this journal have undergone a rigorous peer review. Based on initial screening by the editors, each paper is anonymized and reviewed by at least two anonymous referees.
